ムシムシ！
I am Leon, a child of the Central Coast region in NSW, Australia. I was driven to create this blog for 2 reasons:
- Boredom…a spur of the moment kinda thing
- A place to put future webcomics and manga I plan to create
Yeah. I like drawing. Turns out I always liked drawing, ever since I was a wee todler. But for some reason I stopped when I was about 11/12 years of age…well I started again. In fact I believe I am steadily getting better (I like to believe this, it is the main driving force to my creativity).
Creativity: I express it in several ways. Mainly in drawing (and the story writing that accompanies it) and music (performance and composition). Through these means, I aim to express my emotions and ideas. I also do a little graphic design (e.g. my logo, the header banner, etc) as a ‘side dish’.
Music: I have played the piano since I was about 6 years old (yes, I’m one of them kids). For years, I saw the piano as yet another, if you will, ‘subject’ I had to study, even if it was slightly more entertaining that usual sh–. Well now, I have gained better understanding of the purpose of music…I now see it as an effective means to communicate my emotions. Somewhere around 2006/2007, I decided I wanted to play the guitar. This decision was brought about by my introduction to the world of metal. I started off with alternative rock, but one/two months later I discovered power metal. I now play a Schecter guitar as my weapon of choice. Since those days, I have now expanded to melodeath, tech death, extreme power, viking/folk metal, whilst retaining my early love for power metal. Hmmm…now I want a Jackson Rhoads…or an ESP…(gah! I need a job).
Thats it (for now). I may yet update this summary of me at a later date.
